No, we calculate delivery based on your location. The Nesthaus weights about 7-8 ton. If you buy 2 or more, the delivery amount would work out better per Nesthaus.

What site preparations need to be done by me

When we deliver the Tiny home all over South Africa, we'll need an area of at least 3m x 3m compacted, 100% level and smooth. It will be better if the area is 4m x 4m, and also, it will be better if it is concrete floor.

Can I move the house in the future

Yes you can. Instructions manual on how to move it will be delivered with every Nesthaus.

What is the guarantee on your homes

We guarantee the Nesthaus fully for 1 year. Unfortunately no guarantee on any gas geysers and solar systems, although we'll supply you invoices for this items so you can claim from the suppliers. Travel cost is not included for with guarantee.
